Gordon is a founder and Chairman of ED Capital and is involved at a management and strategic level in all aspects of the business. Gordon founded London Bridge Software (LBS) in 1987, developing the then leading collections and recovery software platform, Debt Manager.
Gordon completed a successful IPO of LBS on the London Stock Exchange in 1997 and subsequently under his stewardship as Chairman the company enjoyed significant growth in 17 countries across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, consequently entering the FTSE 250 Index. LBS was acquired by US based Fair Isaac Corporation in 2004.
Since 2004 Gordon has pursued various business ventures, primarily in the real estate, financial technology and renewable energy sectors, including two further entrants into the FTSE 250 Index.
Jamie is a founder and Managing Director of ED Capital. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the business and for leading its future growth.
Jamie’s previous experience involves working for a UK equity fund management company based in Edinburgh before moving to Jersey to join the multi asset class team of a local investment company.
Jamie holds a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London and is a CFA Charterholder.
Graham joined ED Capital in 2012 and is a Director of the company.
Graham oversees internal accounting and finance functions at ED Capital and manages the corporate administration services team, particularly in relation to clients involved in Real Estate.
Before joining ED Capital Graham worked as a manager at PraxisIFM in Jersey from 2010 to 2012 having previously completed a graduate management programme with the Royal Bank of Canada from 2006 to 2010.
Graham holds a BA in Business Studies from Edinburgh Napier University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Tom joined ED Capital in 2014 and is a Director of the company.
Tom oversees internal accounting and finance functions at ED Capital and is the company CO, MLRO and MLCO.
Tom served as an Assurance Manager at PwC in Jersey from 2011 to 2014. Tom holds a BA in International Studies and Politics from Birmingham University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Jody joined ED Capital in May 2018 as a Senior Administrator. Her main focus is on the provision of corporate administration services, particularly to clients involved in the Real Estate sector in London.
Before joining ED Capital Jody had worked at Ipes (Jersey) Limited, a private equity administration services firm, since 2015. At Ipes she was the primary contact for a portfolio of five major European private equity funds.
Before that she worked at Nordic Capital Limited, a private equity fund focused on leveraged buyouts primarily in the Nordic region.
Jody is currently studying towards her Level 5 International Finance and Administration qualification with The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Ed joined ED Capital in April 2018 as a Financial Reporting Accountant.
Ed is involved in financial reporting both internally at ED Capital and externally to the company’s clients.
Before joining ED Capital Ed had worked at PwC CI LLP since 2014. At PwC Ed worked in Audit across a range of financial services sectors but in particular on Real Estate and Infrastructure structures, including funds.
Ed is currently sitting the Advanced level exams of the ACA qualification.
Jacquie joined ED Capital in September 2017 as Office Manager.
At ED Capital she is responsible for ensuring that the office functions smoothly and efficiently but also assists with corporate administration.
Prior to joining ED Capital Jacquie worked in trust administration at Vistra Trust Company Limited, as office manager at the hedge fund Brevan Howard, as an executive assistant at Thomas & Dessain and briefly in residential Real Estate sales.
